lISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system.
This standard ensures that the organization continuously increases its performance to better meet the needs of its customers and to enhance their satisfaction. In order to attain it and to deploy well-established processes, Alfi Technologies has followed several guidelines:
- Improving the information sharing terms internally – Integrating the customers ‘requirements much before the designing and the solution that is offered to them
- Improving flows in the workshop
The company has relied on many tools to make sure of the proper implementation and of the durability of those different processes. As part of the Industry of the Future, many solutions are developed to satisfy the company’s customers such as a reinforced centralized product data management system (EPDM), an intensive use of CAD, or 3D simulation to approve some technical points with the customers before the development stage.
This certification relies on numerous tools but above all, it rewards the collective effort made by all the members of the company for whom customers are a central focus.
