JDE Conference – Industry: how to attract young talents?

The Journal des Entreprises is organizing a conference/debate on the theme: “How to attract young talents?”

Industrial SMEs and ETIs in the territories, but also large groups, are struggling to recruit the skills they lack while French industry is growing rapidly. Tens of thousands of jobs remain unfilled in a context of high unemployment. In question a still degraded image of the industry with the younger generations and unsuitable training systems.
